By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
PooPro develops and sells products intended to make walking dogs and handling dog waste more convenient.
Information about our products, company, mission and values is provided through the Site for general informational and commercial purposes.
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13.
You may browse the Site if you are under 18. However, if you are not legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, purchases must be made by or with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

PooPro does not intend to directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

Orders may be fulfilled using third-party shipping and logistics services, including Pirate Ship and the carriers selected for delivery.
Delivery dates or transit times displayed on the Site are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Events outside our reasonable control—including carrier delays, weather, customs processing, natural disasters, transportation disruption and incorrect delivery information—may affect delivery.
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to the return policy displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

PooPro, The PooPro, associated logos, branding and product identifiers may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED, OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
